So many Canucks have turned into mealy mouthed jerks with this mask crap. I refuse to wear one, and I purposely go the wrong way down grocery aisles, just coz I can. Our idiotic council put one-way arrows on city sidewalks. FFS.
As for this racism crap, some Nigerian “immigrant” organised a BLM rally in one of our parks (real BLM did not attend). He attracted 100 or so people to hear his little speech that he felt racism on the bus coz people would rather stand than sit beside him. I checked and I don’t smell, he said. FFS. I would never ever talk bad about a country that allowed me to move there.
People with All Lives Matter signs also there, and our commie NDP MP who attended took one of their signs & was photographed with it. OMG! He back-pedalled, saying he just took a volunteer’s signs & didn’t look at it.
Our commie paper did not talk to any all lives matter people, coz you knowm raciiiiiissssssss

However, if you say that to a an ‘assistant’ that’s telling you to put your mask on, they will not know what dyslexic means at all and will have an extremely blank look on their face, like the ones at my dentist’s waiting room. Many people are stunned in many ways. I run into these people constantly. They’ll have to bring the note about dyslexia to the manager.

FFS, I’m fed up of talking to new “citizens” who can’t speak English but are hired for identity crap. Then they call the race card if you ask to talk to an English speaker.

Then people from these lands come here, call us racist & are applauded for doing so. Told you before, racism & hate speech here is only if you are white or say it in English.

You have fo act right if you’re in many foreign countries, like you say. In Korea there were Canadian guys who were dealing in marijuana and when they went to jail there was no free gym or free university or conjugal-visit cabins. I threw my cigarette butt on the sidewalk and it was a huge no-no. Those arabs and blacks can’t act up if they’re over there, like they do here.

@jcorvec Got that right! Learn the culture, customs & laws. The lingo if you can. Immigration halls at most foreign airports have big posters about drugs = death sentence. Seen people sobbing & shouting for home embassies to save them. Silent laws about touching, greetings, what women can do and on and on. I hear you about cig butts: Bkk instituted a Bt500 fine for throwing butts on the street – 2 cops followed me down Sukhomvit while I was smoking, coz they wanted their money! I found a trash can & dutifully put it out & threw it in. They all love stupid foreigners who think they are above the local law.

It was 23 years ago but I still remember – it was something I had never thought about being a problem. The fine then was around ₩75000. A Korean student gave me a funny little hard plastic container with an opening that was able to slide open or closed. It was to put your cig butts in. Their garbage collection had a separate category for the butts too.
Anyway, they certainly would never hire a bunch of sassy East Indians to answer customer ssrvice calls over there.

Did you find racism in Korea? I know Asians in general do not like blacks (dark skin = dirty, uneducated peasant) or Israelis, the latter mostly coz many kids who just completed their mandatory 2-yr IDF service came to R&R for a week and many were really despicable – 10 to a hut with one prostitute, rude, unwashed & belligerent in public. Sad, coz when you met them one-on-one, they were great kids. Many cheap bungalow resorts had signs “NO Israelis”. No civil liberties for foreigners over there.

My experience in China & Canada in the Chinese communities is Yes. The Old School Chinese are the biggest racist Have ever met towards the “round eyes.” and they really don’t like blacks. Just the way it is.

The Koreans did feel superior to other races and countries, even whites – they don’t like that we have our underarm smell and are quite repulsed. There was one black man there who taught with us and he said they’d come up to him on the street and do like tacky movies and old shows and want to high five in some strange way, and they’d try to jive-talk, thinking all blacks were wanting to relate to others that way, the way they had seen on tv. He was extremely upset and angered. Ha ha!
The only other views of other (races) countries I heard about were the Chinese and the Japanese and found it interesting when they’d say the Chinese drank their soup by putting the bowl up to their mouth and slurping it that way, ha ha, I thought it was funny. They really thought “the Chinese” were backwards and didn’t eat properly. And of course they said the Japanese were oversexed. What would these BLM bunches do over there? There would be no fooling around in an Asian country – they’d never be able to destroy statues and burn businesses over there and defund the police. Imagine what Duterte would do?

All the places I lived, I noted these thing:
1) they do NOT trust you
2) you are a silly grovelling whitey there to be scammed
3) they smile while saying what an uncouth, uncultured, ugly fek you are
4) you have no rights; any crime, theft, problem is your fault so just pay up

Is it Singapore that does the caning? They’d be busy forever caning the BLM and Antifa bunches.
But they’d have been smart enough to have never let them be living there in the first place.
My boss in Korea wanted a photograph of me before he accepted to take me as a teacher at his institute. If a western couple wants to adopt a Korean baby there’s a weight limit for each husband and wife. They only want lean people adopting those baby girls that people don’t want.

The Koreans were very suspicious, thinking we are all drug addicts. I mentioned a ‘drug store’ and one of them tore my head off!

@jcorvec Singapore aka Disneyland with a Death penalty does have caning. No gum spitting. No dutyfree cigs allowed to be brought in either. Worked there a year; people just pretend they don’t see you. Strict and puerile.

Years ago, my mother went to Ontario from here on the train and spent time in Oshawa and visited Niagara Falls. She still goes on today about so many Chinese people everywhere. She couldn’t get over it. As soon as she reached Ontario and everywhere she went, maybe Baumunville Zoo or some big zoo and on that train itself…full of Chinese people everywhere. She couldn’t believe it.
When I worked at the fishnchip place, we’d get “Chinese Tour buses” stopping there in the summer on Sundays for lunch. It was always horrible and a dreaded ordeal. They were extremely cheap and very very impatient. In such a huge rush. Nobody ordered a meal for one person, like the meals are made for. Everybody ordered a meal for two people to save money. It was very noticeable and I found it strange.
