With regards to the Slilled Immigrant plans for Vernon and other places and Moncton, here in the Atlantic, I sent a government file about it that I downloaded, to my mother the other day. The poor thing said last nighf that she’s going to look at the file and she thinks there must be a logical answer as to why they’re doing this to Canada. She keeps asking, Why are they doing this?
